BUYER: The consumer who places an order and/or registers electronically via https://sonnesswim.com. The name, delivery address and contact details provided at the time of the order apply.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from https://sonnesswim.com, whose qualities and sale price are specified at the time of the order.

3. Product / Service Details

The type, quantity, brand/model, colour, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the products are as stated on https://sonnesswim.com at the time of the order. The total price shown in the order summary includes all applicable taxes.

4. General Provisions

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information on the essential qualities, sale price, payment method and delivery of the product, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER through the contracted courier, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

Payments are taken via the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the SELLER.

In cases of force majeure, the SELLER will inform the BUYER; the BUYER may then cancel the order or postpone it until the obstacle is removed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send written notice of withdrawal to the SELLER at info@sonnesswim.com within this period.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Products that cannot be returned by their nature are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Regulation art. 15). The right of withdrawal cannot be used for personalised/made-to-order products, and for swimwear and underwear-type products whose hygiene seal/packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for hygiene and health reasons. Returns of swimwear are accepted only if the hygiene seal is intact and the product is in resaleable condition.

7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Following the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 (ten) days, complete with its invoice, box, packaging and any accessories, in resaleable condition.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of the notice reaching the SELLER, using the BUYER's original payment method. For returns and exchanges: info@sonnesswim.com

8. Delivery

After order confirmation and receipt of payment, products are prepared and delivered to the address provided by the BUYER via the contracted courier. Delivery costs are included in the product price unless otherwise shown in the order summary.

9. Default

If the BUYER pays by credit card and defaults, the BUYER accepts that they will pay interest within the framework of the agreement with their bank and will be liable to the bank.

10. Disputes & Competent Authority

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of purchase or residence are competent up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above these limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.

11. Effect

This agreement takes effect when the BUYER confirms the order electronically; the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all its terms. A copy of the agreement is included in the BUYER's order email.
